Within Canada
All merchandise will be shipped using Canada Post "Expedited Parcel", unless otherwise
requested. Product(s) shipped within Canada will require 1-2 business days after payment
received. Average time for delivery within Canada will be 6-10 days.
United States
All merchandise will be shipped using Canada Post "Expedited Parcel-USA", unless
otherwise requested. Product(s) shipped to the United States will require 1-2 business days
after payment received. Any export/import fees and custom duty will be collected by the
carrier. Average time for delivery to US will be 6-12 days.
International
All merchandise will be shipped using Canada Post "Small Packet - International Air", unless
otherwise requested. Product(s) shipped overseas will require 1-2 business days after
payment received. Any export/import fees and custom duty will be collected by the carrier.
Discounts
Rho Works Auto Products Ltd. will ONLY offer discounts to authorized distributors. SPECIALS
already on sale are NOT subject to discounts.
Terms and Conditions of Sales
By placing an order you are agreeing to a legally binding contract, and it can only be canceled
with e-mail PRIOR to the order being processed.
Those who wish to cancel their order must send Rho Works Auto Products Ltd. an email to
sales@rhoplate.com. Orders which are already processed may not be cancelled and are
subject to Rho Work Auto Products Ltd.'s Refund/Exchange Policy.
All processed sales are final. No returns without prior agreement. All undamaged, unused,
and/or uninstalled parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee or can be exchanged for a 100%
in-store credit.
Shipping fees are not refunded on returned or exchanged goods or warranty damaged
goods. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Non Stocked, special order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit to order in.
No Cancellations or Returns on Special Order Parts. "Special Order Parts" refers to any part
that is not normally in-stock at Rho Works Auto Products Ltd.
